A project is an interesting website, web application, service, mobile app or similar that is designed to sell a product or service, charging its customers.
A project owner is a start-up (or anyone, really) who wishes their project to be promoted by anyone who's interested.
A promoter is anyone who believes in a particular project and wants to promote it for substantial share of the profits of the project.
1.1. You will take care to present projects you decide to promote within a suitable content and in a way that is not clearly meant to damage in any way the project or the project owner.
1.2. On occasion there may be things in the way you promote a project that the project owner may not agree or be comfortable with. You will respond to the project owners in a timely manner in case they need to contact you and will either follow their requests or stop advertising their project(s).
1.3. The project owner can ban you from promoting their project if your promotion style may result in damaging their product's or their own name.
2.1.1. Before listing your project or making it publicly listed you must implement our API as specified on the ProfitShare.ninja API page.
2.2.1. You agree that test purchases from your project may be performed by any registered promoters. The fact that a particular purchase is a test will be reported to your application through the API call response data. You agree to fully and immediately refund any monies paid to your project during a test.
2.2.2. You confirm that your project, before it is listed on ProfitShare.ninja, is setup to refund all monies paid during a test immediately after it receives the "this was a test" response from ProfitShare.ninja.
2.2.3. Should an error occur in the API call response you agree to refund all amounts paid during a test upon being contacted by us with such information.
2.2.4. You understand that failing to honour points 2.2.1., 2.2.2. or 2.2.3. will result in a chargeback of the relevant payment.
2.4.1. You must truthfully describe your projects and especially set the profit share percentages and their descriptions in clear, understandable way.
2.4.2. Violations to point 2.4.1. may result in lowered rating or removal of your project from the list.
2.5.1. You agree with your credit card to be charged periodically (every 14 days) with the amount owed to your promoters. You will receive a detailed invoice prior to your credit card being charged.
2.5.2. You must ensure that there is sufficient credit available on the card or pay any outstanding amount on a recieved invoice manually before the due date.
2.5.3. You have 14 days to pay every invoice, after which time a non-payment is considered a violation of these terms. In such cases ratings of all your listed projects may be lowered.
2.5.4. You agree with us trying repeatedly to charge your credit card for any outstanding amounts you owe in case previous tries resulted in insufficient funds response. In such cases our system may try charging at least a partial amount.
2.5.5. You give us the permission to try to charge any other cards linked to your account for any outstanding amounts on issued invoices.
2.5.6. We will notify you about impending charge two days before we attempt the charge, giving you a chance to select other sources of funding in case the amount would be unsuitable to be charged to your default card or any of the other registered cards.
If your customer requests a refund for products or services previously purchase and such request is granted to them by you, you can issue a refund request to ProfitShare.ninja. This refund will be:
